March Home Culinary Event, NEW DATE Sat 12th March 2005

Well, it looks like we have to make a revision to the date of this event as one of the star cooks has been taken ill unexpectedly and cannot do the cooking this Saturday. We all wish Greg a speedy recovery, if only because we are all so tempted by the menu! :o)

Anyway, this gives another chance for people to jump in for the event as the dinner club list is open again for the March event (with preference for the ones already signed up). Just think: Our own home-cooked gourmet dinner for a flat price of 25-30 Euros, including wine and coffee! Mastercooks Stefan Berreth and Greg Turner are concocting this special event at Stefan's private dining room at Lettestrasse 3, 10437 Berlin on Saturday, 12th March 2005, so places are very, very limited and I suggest you hurry if you want to come along.

For your information, the menu (at the moment) is:

- oysters cooked "au gratin" with ham
- tagliatelle alfredo with truffle butter
- steamed St Petersfish with an upside down basket of prosciutto wrapped vegetable
- free range country chicken stuffed with lemons
- tiramisu cointreau style

And not forgetting all the wine and coffee!

Good or what, eh? The principle is the same as usual: first come, first served. So if you want to come along, send me an email ASAP to chris@berlindinnerclub.com. Like I said, places are EXTREMELY limited so you have been warned. Those that contact me in time will get a second confirmation email with a map and meeting details. Those that don't make it in time, won't.
